Wellness requires balance - attention to nutrition, fitness, lifestyle choices and preventive health care. Employees participate in onsite screenings and take an online wellness and health risk assessment to determine their current health status and possible risk factors.
Employees receive a confidential, personal report identifying risk factors and providing information on how to reduce these risks. Employees have the opportunity to take online classes, read articles, watch exercise and health related videos and attend on-site health fairs or lunch-n-learns.
Employees can set goals in the system based on their wellness assessment and other personal needs. Goals are interactive and will allow employees to see progress toward meeting the goal. To reach the goals set, employees can choose activities designed to help them reach their goals.
Employees can track nutrition, exercise and other activities on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. They can also track weight, blood pressure, blood sugars and other specific medical levels. Employee records are private, and employers do not have access to any personal health information.
Employees can print a report of data stored in the system such as the wellness/health risk assessment, screening data, symptom diary and exercise or nutrition logs. Employers will also receive participation reports listing employees who have participated in the program.
